COW 181 - (sorta) finished after all

When young, these large flightless Korobirds display massive colorful plumage to attract a mate and defend their territory. When they grow older they gradually loose their feathers and when they no longer can defend their territory they are driven away wandering to find unclaimed ground. Since Korobirds tend to claim huge territories the search is most likely in vain and the old specimen ends up wandering until they perish. To make matters worse this specimen has fallen victim to a June Squirrel. While not a true parasite these small animals usually cling to larger animals, using them as transportation and stealing whatever food the host finds. June Squirrels are noisy, irratating, agile and elusive creatures and very hard to get rid of for their hosts.

Anyway topic is "Wrinkled wanderer with colorful companion" and here is my WIP:

COW 180 - finished piece

I'm finally finished with the Beast of Revelations, it was indeed challenging and fun and I never wanna draw wool again! I'm not completely happy with the results but I did manage to deliver a finished piece before deadline and I did come up with a good story so overall I'm happy! :)

Little is known about the Beasts of Revelations, but what we do know is that they consist of not one, but two species. The true harbingers of doom has due to the evolution of its many heads and mouths lost the ability to speak human tounge. Because of this they are breeding and keeping these gentle dragonsheep to act as their interpreter. What humans call "The Mark of the Beast" is a branding system used by the harbingers to distinguish ownership among them. While these beasts are docile to their nature and wouldnt pose a threath to anyone they often appear skitterish, this is probably because they are constantly hearing their owners voices inside their minds.
